(Overgenomen van Quasar 22) How to improve the sound on most MSX computers using RGB. Written by Henrik Gilad. If you turn up the volume of your monitor and put on some screaming graphics then you can hear some typical 'computer' noise. This noise is often taken up by the SOUND wire in your cable between the computer and the monitor. The noise can be transfered 'wireless' between the R,G,B,Sync and the Sound wire because they are so close and not independently shielded. The solution is simple. Disconnect the Sound wire at the computer end and take out the Sound on a seperate shielded cable to the monitor or your stereo. It is important that the soundwire is disconnected in your RGB cable on the computerend ! On my Turbo R A1GT there is now just a litle noise and it is comming from the LED's (CAPS, KANA, PAUSE, TURBO MODE and DISK) and the Autofire plus the Diskdrive. I tried to remove all these cables and then the noise was almost not possible to hear.
