There have been a lot of complaints from users in Brazil who can't connect to the webserver. They have NOT been banned. IF someone is banned they get a nice error page. The reason why these poor .br people can't connect is that my ISP has blocked some netblocks in their firewall "for abuse" and they refuse to unblock them.
Because of this we're going to change ISP asap to get some real webhosting again, so .br folks can use the archive just like the rest of us.
Workaround: use an http proxy, for info see proxy.org
